Banking on his experience in one of the largest national plant of prefabricated houses in Quebec, Mirko Bonneville developed a great sense of business and management skills.
In 1996, Mirko Bonneville joins the family company and becomes sales representative. During this period, his experience enables him to develop technical and sales force knowledge. In just few months, he reaches management level.
In 2001, he undertakes the position of Manufacturing Director. These new high level functions enable him to show his leadership and his talent for decision making. It is also during this period that he develops his expertise in problem solving.
In 2004, Mirko Bonneville becomes responsible for the purchasing department of the company. At this point, he shapes his long term vision and hones his negotiation skills. He also establishes solid relations and concludes many important agreements with the suppliers.
In 2006, in addition to overseeing and managing almost all aspects of the company, Mirko Bonneville becomes also responsible for transport and delivery logistics.
In 2007, he takes charge of the technical design department of the company. He familiarises himself with the management of human resources and develops other technical skills.
In 2011, Mirko Bonneville feels the need to grow, to evolve differently, to go even further. His ambitions taking control, he wishes to advance towards a new direction. He must put an end to his current adventure and leaves the family company to dive into the world of investment he has coveted for several years.
